Character Information
*Character Name: Sari Sumdac
*Character Canon: Transformers: Animated
*Age: Child (Around 8)
*Race:Human Cybertronian Technorganic
*Timeline/Pull Point: The very end of the season two finale, A Bridge Too Close part II, with Sari discovering her robotic internals via an injured elbow. Aka MAXIMUM TRAUMA POINT.
*History: http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Sari_Sumdac
*Personality: Sari Sumdac is, or was as far as she knew, a normal, if sheltered, little human girl. Rather spoiled by her wealthy father Issac Sumdac, Sari hasn't really had many friends, and it shows when she first begins to associate with the Autobots.
She's a kid, and she wants what she wants, and she'll do whatever she can to get it. Even if it means being sneaky, disobeying rules meant to keep her safe, and lying through her teeth with a smile on her face. She has no proper sense of responsibility or limits at the beginning of the series, using and abusing the Allspark key for her own purposes, and has no fear of bending the law (like pirating TV channels,) be it human or Cybertronian law. She can be terribly insensitive, as children are want to do, often oblivious to the many hurt feelings she can cause with her careless words...and on occasion, she targets her words to specifically cause the most hurt she can. She is also a bit...kooky and socially awkward. She's not very good at making friends with other human children, and doing things like publicly spitting into the punch bowl does not help.
All in all, she is the poster child for a spoiled kid, albeit one with a good heart.
But slowly, slowly she learns from her mistakes, and begins to grow up through the series. Most of the time at least. And even when she doesn't, once she realizes she was in the wrong, she always tries her hardest to fix her mistakes in the end, even if it means facing her fears and fighting danger. She is a loyal friend to her Autobot companions, doing her best to teach them about the human world and culture, and is eager to help them out. She is brave and adventurous, eager to join her massive friends in their battles, and she is always up for some rule breaking with her best buddy Bumblebee. Fast races, explosions, and cool robots are the best things ever, and she wants a front-row seat for everything.
All in all, she was just a little kid who wanted friends and ended up with giant alien robots from outer space as family.
*Powers/Abilities: As far as she knew as of five minutes ago, Sari was a normal kid with extraordinary friends, and a talent for using a magical robot key.
But since she is in fact a Cybertronian-based technorganic, Sari is a lot tougher than the average human child, especially once she knows she can push past her human limits. Presumably, she would be able to withstand forces that would kill a human child, though the organic 'shell' over her frame is obviously far more fragile.
For a cybertronain, however, she is as weak as they come, and is little more than a young protoform. Her only known weapons in her 'younger' form are palm-blasters that can shoot little balls of energy. Anger makes them stronger, but not by much.
Her human 'powers' include a talent for manipulation. As mentioned above, she's not above lying to get her way, and can break out the waterworks as needed. She can be quite clever and sneaky at times, outwitting her elders often enough to get her way.
*Inventory: Just herself, whatever lint may be in her pockets...and her magical, life-giving MacGuffin Allspark Key. Whoops?
The key is very MacGuffiny, capable of repairing damaged and slightly dead transformers, granting life to regular, human-built robotics, granting upgrades of both the robotic and magical girl style, and infusing itself with regular electronics to cause massive chaos.
Should it need to be 'lost', drained, or confiscated when coming through the Lambda, that is fine, though retaining the possibility of a eventual future upgraded Sari would be nice.

*First Person Sample: Um, hello?
[The communicator is shuffled about, view going everywhere, before it resettles on the face of the human child, nose all scrunched up in displeasure and not a small amount of fear. Her voice goes high as she calls out.]
Hey guys! Hellooo! Anyone? Bumblebee? Bulkhead? ...Optimus? Prowl? Ratchet?
[She huddles in on herself briefly, clutching an elbow that seems to be...injured, if oddly so, and her voice drops down to a squeak, close to tears.]
...Dad? Please?
[It's a struggle, lips trembling with the urge to break down into a complete fit, but she manages to work up some anger to take the place of her fear.]
Come on, guys! Don't tell me I fell through the bridge thing alone!
*Third Person Sample: It was already the worst day ever. The thought 'it couldn't get any worse' never actually crossed her mind, but the sentiment was there and somehow, it apparently had.
Sari jolted up from the ground, head spinning, a distant beacon of light in a strange sky making her eyes ache. Reflexively, she turned to find her dad - she still had questions, she was still so angry; her arm still throbbed, skin raw and torn and the completely foreign pain of shattered circuits only adding to the panic.
But no one was there. No one was anywhere, and the city...was gone.
Thin legs shaky, Sari staggered to her feet, clutching her injured arm to her chest. Spinning on the spot, she kept searching, denying what her eyes were telling her. They couldn't be gone. The Autobot's wouldn't have left her alone, even if she was a-
"Guys? ...G-guys? Not funny Bumblebee!"
Stubbornly, she headed toward the nearest rocky outcropping, sure they would all be huddled behind it, snickering at her confusion.
"Come on! Optimus, tell Bee to knock it off! Pleeease?"
There...was no one behind the rock. It didn't look like anyone had ever been behind the rock. Vision going fuzzy with tears, Sari circled the rock as though she would catch them dodging just out of her sight, panic building. But finally, she couldn't deny it any longer.
She was alone. Sari sniffled, wiping eyes and nose on a sleeve.
"...N-now what?"
